One-day outing dedicated to discovering Rimella, the Walser colony where time seems to have stopped passing.
Visit tot h village of Rimella and the hamlet of San Gottardo, where nowadays German dialect still is everyday language, menu lunch at La Fontana inn, transfer to Alagna for overnight stay.
Tour dedicated to Alagna, the capital town of Walsers who crosse the Turlo pass. Visit to the Walser Museum and to the very old hamlets of San Nicolao Ronco and Pedemonte. Bread-making experience at the old country oven in Dosso and "Uberlekke dinner", a dish made of mixed meats preserved and cooked according to the Walser culinary tradition. Overnight stay 3rd day
Hike on foot to the Valley of Otro, one of the most ancient Walser settlements, to discover the old legend of Wilds Mandji, lunch at the refuge, descent to Alagna and "miacce dinner" , the traditional Walser dish of Alagna. Overnight stay 4th day
Departure towards Gressoney by cableway, transfer to the town centre of Gressoney, visit to the museum and the community library, “raviole lunch” at Capanna Carla’s, return to Alagna Valsesia through the plants at Passo dei Salati. Overnight stay 5th day
Tour from Alagna to Rima San Giuseppe, visit to the very old Walser settlement and lunch, transfer to Carcoforo and visit to the town centre 6th day
